CONSTRUCTION: We re-craft each barrel lid with deliberate care. This includes realigning the barrel slats and attaching them to a backer board to make a sturdier, more fortified product. Each piece is then lightly sanded, carefully sealed, and printed to specification. We also install hanging hardware on the back which consists of a heavy duty framing wire and D-rings, completing the piece and ensuring it is display, hang-on-the-wall ready.
UNIQUE and ORIGINAL – Barrel Lid Wall Art is unique and only made by a couple of suppliers as supplies are limited. Distillary Barrels are direct from Tennessee Whiskey and Kentucky Bourbon refineries. Barrel makers range from Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Makers Mark, KC among others depending on supply and demand. Most heads will have a unique stamp on the front which designates its time/date/location of use, but some do not depending if it was the top of the bottom of the barrel.
